Please note that all products are only eligible for return if they are new and unused; that means masks, pads, patches & creams are not eligible for return once opened.
 
No refunds or returns on individual pouches, we will only accept complete products to process the refund or return.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, the sale of these items are final.

Start a Return

To start a return process please email return@yvobeauty.com with your order number and “RETURN” in the subject line. Please let us know of the products you would like to return in the body of the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by Yvo BEAUTY will be refunded. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.
 
Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to post back to your account.
