How long will it usually take for your products to reach a customer?

It will generally take 1-2 business days to process your order.
Once your order is packed, standard shipping will take 4-6 business days to arrive. Express shipping will take 1-3 business days to arrive.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email/SMS notification at the email/ phone number you input at checkout.
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive another email/SMS notification of the tracking number of the appropriate carrier.
Clicking the tracking number will opt you to the carrier’s website tracking page where you can get live updates of your order status with its expected delivery date.
Please give at least 48 hours for your tracking number and order status to be updated. In the case that you still have not received your order details within a week of your purchase, please email us at yvonne@yvobeauty.com for further assistance.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been sent out?

We ship all orders directly based off the shipping address that you input upon checkout. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped out, we are unable to redirect any items to another address. If the provided address is incorrect, you will have to wait until the item is sent back to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient.

Please make sure that all shipping addresses are provided accurately, and the correct location is chosen in the shipping address field.

Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be upon your responsibility to fulfill.

What should I do for duty and taxes?

United States: Taxes will be charged depending on your state of residence.
International: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, but please understand that we do not have any control over the amount of these additional charges as they vary by country. Customers are responsible for these fees and for more information, please contact your local customs office.
